Penyebab galau itu biasanya ada dua :
1. Kenyataan nggak sesuai dengan apa yang kamu harapkan
2. Kamu nggak melakukan apa yang seharusnya kamu lakukan
Mengobati kegalauan bisa dimulai dengan langkah paling sederhana, yaitu dengan melakukan apa yang seharusnya kamu lakukan detik ini.
Malam itu Abdul makan banyak sekali. Segala dimakan mulai dari cah timun, cah kangkung, udang goreng crispy, sayur lodeh, hingga kueh tart. Seperti biasa, abis makan dan kenyang, dia pun tidur.
Kadang tanpa kita sadarin, kita merasa males untuk ngerjain hal hal yang kita anggap seeeepele. Atau gaaa penting. Atau gaaaa kepikiran. Atau gaaaa ngenakin keinginan. Hehehe.
Gosok gigi abis makan. Buang sampah permen. Bangun subuh. Minum banyak air putih. Olahraga tiap abis bangun tidur. Atau sekedar ngeluangin waktu 15 menit untuk membaca, tiap hari.
Perubahan kecil yang konstan bisa ngehasilin hasil yang jeleger. Banyak hal yang kalo aja kita mau ubah, sedikiiiit aja, dengan konstan.. bisa bikin hasil yang jauuuh merbaikin tarap hidup kita.
Seorang wanita yang biasa biasa aja gitu.. maksudnya ya.. penampilan dia ga bikin orang lain komentar. Bisa jadi wah, ketika dia nempelin tai lalat palsu di daerah rahangnya. Wkwkwk.. orang pasti ngira dia itu penyanyi. Wkwkwkwk
Ato pejabat yang pake kopiah hitam itu. Kalo diputer 90 derajat kopiah nya.. wkwkwkwk kaya genteng.
Begitupun dengan bisnis, offline ataupun online, kerjaan, karir, dan pendidikan. Antara yang mau ngerjain tekun 15 menit sehari untuk misal berpromosi, merapikan rambut atau membaca. Dengan yang nggak.
Antara yang malu untuk maju satu meter lagi, dan yang nyimpen malunya dulu bentaaar, buat maju satu meter lagi.
Dan seiring waktu.. perbedaan kedua orang tersebut.. antara yang ga bergerak sama sekali , dengan yang nyobain gerak dikiiit aja untuk ngelakuin kebaikan2 kecil dengan konstan…
Jauh abis.

Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah.
Judul postingan ini adalah curahan hati, tiap kali hati gw ada di pertigaan jalan tersebut. Pernahkah kawan surawan melintasi pertigaan tersebut ?
Keinginan kadang kerasa menggebu ketika kita melihat sesuatu yang dimiliki orang lain, dan kita ingin untuk mendapatkan sesuatu tersebut, untuk motif2 nikmat yang berkembang di sekitar pikiran kita.
Namun begitu, kadang kita juga acuh terhadap keinginan2 itu, karena kita lebih suka ngerjain apa yang kita sukain.
Terlepas dari itu semua, apakah yang kita lakukan sudah benar ? apakah ini trek yg kita idam2kan buat hidup?
Apa dengan memporsir diri untuk sekedar keinginan, biar sama kayak orang lain, biar dihargai kayak orang lain, kita ngejalanin apa yg bener bagi hidup?
Apa dg terus menerus melakukan hal2 yang kita senangi, tanpa melakukan apa yg kita wajibi, masalah hidup beres ?
Hal terbenar di hidup, adalah ngejalanin kewajiban.
Leadership role and responsibility in implementing change in organization
- Organizational culture is the primary source of resistance to change a leader should understand the organization culture and then plan the change process.
- The use of value based management model 0f 7-s model can be helpful in implementation of change by coordinating 7-s namely, shared value, strategy, structure, system, staff, style and skill. (MC Kinsey’s 7-s framework)
- Leadership should determine clear decision making framework to ensure the organization has means and resources to achieve its goals.
- Analyzing the change process through a experimental project with the five factors such as project duration, the project teams performance ,integrity of management commitment, employee commitment and employee effort required to cope with the change that are essential to be implemented.
- Change can be implemented through organizational transformation by ensuring succession planning initiatives are closely aligned to leadership and development and organizational vision
- Ensuring that succession planning process occurs in such a way that it is in itself a transforming experience.
Drawbacks of implementation of changes in the organization.
Some the reasons why change initiatives fail to achieve their objectives are:
- Absence of clear definition of what actually constitute organizational success
- Lack of knowledge about changing situation in business environment.
- Lack of integration between succession planning and leadership with organizational vision.
- Toxic leadership performance.
- Lack of planning premises and constraints, inadequacy of resources and means to implement the planned change process.
Toxic leadership and organization
Toxic /Bad leadership is one of the main reason we can point out for the failure to implementation of change in the organization. “A Toxic leader is someone who has responsibility over organizations employees but abuses the leader –follower relationship by leaving the organization in a worse condition than when he/she first found them”. (Barbara Kellerman)
Barbara Kellerman analyzes Toxic/bad leadership into seven different types:
(1)Incompetent (2) Rigid (3) Intemperate (4) Callous (5) Corrupt (6) Insular (7) Evil.
Toxic leadership can effect organization in change implementation by following way:
- Lack of definition of vision, strategy and business plan.
- Inappropriate execution of the vision, plan strategy and business plan.
- Lack of team building skills and business ethics.
- Lack of sponsoring, supporting, measuring results.
- Destruction of organizational culture, values and employees trust and confidence.

Plane is expensive right ? so where’s your plane ? have you made or build it ?
why it’s so important to have a plane right now ? because plane that i talked is a plane of joy. have you got one ?
i don’t have idea where you can buy it because many people made it by themself.
plane need thrust. plane need wing. plane need destination to go. plane need pilot, a bold pilot that have clear goals for his flight.
enjoy your amazing flight with doing great things. don’t waste your precious time. for the eternal life in heaven
sometime we thinking too much about something. its normal. but, some of people do that in every moment in their life. they thinking too much about what they want to do, what they want to speak, what they want to write..
finally, they become worries about anything, and it consume so much of their time. they become more unproductive that the others. they know about so many knowledge to start many works or carrier. they have many brilliant ideas. but, because of their habit, they never bring those things into reality.
this is very destructive habit. overcome it, is a MUST. because if we don’t overcome it, we will lost so many opportunities in our life.
