1. Organizational culture is the primary source of resistance to change a leader should understand the organization culture and then plan the change process.
2. The use of value based management model 0f 7-s model can be helpful in implementation of change by coordinating 7-s namely, shared value, strategy, structure, system, staff, style and skill. (MC Kinsey’s 7-s framework)
3. Leadership should determine clear decision making framework to ensure the organization has means and resources to achieve its goals.
4. Analyzing the change process through a experimental project  with the five factors such as project duration, the project teams performance ,integrity of management commitment, employee commitment and employee effort required to cope with the change that are essential to be implemented.
5. Change can be implemented through organizational transformation by ensuring succession planning initiatives are closely aligned to leadership and development and organizational vision
6. Ensuring that succession planning process occurs in such a way that it is in itself a transforming experience.

Drawbacks of implementation of changes in the organization.

Some the reasons why change initiatives fail to achieve their objectives are:

1. Absence of clear definition of what actually constitute organizational success
2. Lack of knowledge about changing situation in business environment.
3. Lack of integration between succession planning and leadership with organizational vision.
4. Toxic leadership performance.
5. Lack of planning premises and constraints, inadequacy of resources and means to implement the planned change process.

Toxic leadership and organization

Toxic /Bad leadership is one of the main reason we can point out for the failure to         implementation of change in the organization. “A Toxic leader is someone who has responsibility over organizations employees but abuses the leader –follower relationship by leaving the organization in a worse condition than when he/she first found them”. (Barbara Kellerman)

Barbara Kellerman analyzes Toxic/bad leadership into seven different types:

(1)Incompetent (2) Rigid (3) Intemperate (4) Callous (5) Corrupt (6) Insular (7) Evil.

Toxic leadership can effect organization in change implementation by following way:

1. Lack of definition of vision, strategy and business plan.
2. Inappropriate execution of the vision, plan strategy and business plan.
3. Lack of team building skills and business ethics.
4. Lack of sponsoring, supporting, measuring results.
5. Destruction of organizational culture, values and employees trust and confidence.

granny beggar eating doughnuts

do you know where granny beggar beg for doughnut ? come to ganesha road, grannies at there sometime beg people for doughnuts. why they beg doughnuts ? maybe because, they cant eat money. Its a new way of beggar marketing. it more elegant. and its very suitable with people obligation. to feed the unwealthy people, not to give them money by free. it educate both of people and beggar. giving food, is always make us happier than giving money. food, is a fact, of thing, that can be ate. money, is a symbol for greed. food for brotherhood.

granny beggars happy when we take them picture with camera. they will smile, and after that, ask us for return. lol. where are the goverment officers ? seat are too enjoyable to be left. people like soft seat. right after they sit on the soft one, reality turn into movies, i think. how about give the beggars seat ? they should feel how enjoyable the sit is.

some people should warn them, to pray. they act around the mosque, but i havent see one of them take a pray when the azan call.

they dont have a blog or facebook, in my humble opinion. it will be great if some people create one account for them. so they can enjoy internet athmosphere and start to do online jobs, maybe.

some of the beggars, the grandchildren of granny beggars, have a right to have good education and health. if you are a goverment officer, please, treat one of granny’s beggar grandchildren as your adopted children.

owwwwwwwwww, i forgot one thing. good thing like that would be too hard to be true ? because of what ? because this is indonesia . lol

Balubur Mall is A New Mall

there is a new mall in tamansari road bandung, called Balubur mall. Its located beside the pasopati highway.

balubur mall is a new mall that contain moved stores from old balubur market, food court and people mall’ stuff like pasar baru mall.

balubur mall provide what traditional market has, and what small mall has. you can buy kelontong stuff here, meat and vegetables, books, dvds, fashion, etc here with familiar price.

balubur mall can be an alternative place to hangout for college students that live near there. in my experience to go there, parking lot tax for 1,5 hours spent there is free maybe it has flat parking lot tax. its really good.

that mall have a tunnel in the middle part of the mall that crossed by taman hewan street. so, people from pelesiran part can cross to panca2 streets without crossing the crossroads by that tunnel.

its a new mall. do you interesting to build a store there ?

Garut the city of Goat Battle

My wife’s class room is already finished. She write for her sripsi now. All of her friends also already finished their lesson in her college. So , this is a vacation time for them.

Going to garut,  they sleep in fitria’s house. They visit some cultural and funny place there. Like hotspring, goat battle, mountanious village and traditional foods.

Garut is famous city in indonesia, that known for it dodol and goat battle. Dodol is a sweet food that made from wheat and sugar. The color is brown. Its very delicious and sweet. And its very cheap also. If you compare it with some imported biscuit with a same size.

Garut has many villages that still using traditional culture and ceremony. Its surrounded by mountains and light jungle. Ofcourse light jungle, because there is no heavy jungle like amazon in west java. But if you come from singapore, maybe you can call Garut is surrounded by a deep jungle.

If you come from europe, ofcourse, there will be not so many ferrari car at there. or lamborgini. Because the ferrari car is not so important for west java and indonesia’s people. Because our really important need are good health care and education.

There are many islamic based school (pesantren) in garut. They are good.  You should send some of your many children to there if you live in Garut. But, i think wherever you live in Indonesia, especially at java island, you can find many pesantrens there.

Oh yes, I forgot to tell you this first. Garut is located in the east of bandung. Garut is beside Bandung. Its very close from bandung. If you go there by mini bus, you can spend 2 hours to get there. Almost same with Bandung- Singapore flight time.

I think some of this country people eat gossips like japan’s people eat ramen. enjoy it, flavor it, more delicious when its hot. Some of this country people addicted and have high sensitivity about gossip. Gossip already become their life eat menu. see, how many gossip programs on television. wawww.

Have you appear on gossip programs on local / interlocal televisions ? wow ? really ? great.

I prefer eat noodle or halal ramen, instead of gossiping some unknown celebrities. the world has got many things to do. Especially this country. So many poverty, low quality education issues, energies, human resources..

Lets gossiping after this country overcome usa and europes countries in term of wealth and education.

Ride Becak and Feel The Wind

Becak is famous 3 wheels transportation in indonesia. Its energy come from the muscle of the driver. The fuel is of course, rice and meats.

How much u should pay to ride becak ? i think, +/- $ 0.7 for 1 kilometer. You can traveling with becak with 1 other people, for example ur mom, dad, wife or sheep. Because, becak’ capacity is for 2 peoples. But for you that have big muscle, you can rent the becak and drive by yourself. Its really challenging and raise adrenalin. Especially if you take off the brake from the becak, and ride from higher road with a fast speed. You will feel the city wind and high adrenaline rush.

Every year when we celebrate independence day of the country, there are some competition that use becak as its participants. If you have a becak, of course you can join it. You can join becak decorating competition or becak race competition.

Again.. if you have big muscle, you can participate in becak lift competition. Becak with will be no more than 1 ton.

If you are highly professional mechanical engineering,  or a creative tinker from high windy mountain, you can design your own becak. I you dont like fuel your becak with your muscle’s energy, you can embed and transform your becak into electric becak. Becak is green transportation, so it will be good if we always use green energy for becak.

I often imaging, how our buffaloes and cows waste, can be green energy for becak.

plane need thrust. plane need wing. plane need destination to go. plane need pilot, a bold pilot that have clear goals for his flight.

what you can do at internet cafe beside browsing or doing internet stuff like chatting, downloading etc ?

sleep.
when you going away too far from home, or people in your home expel you, you can sleep in internet cafe. in indonesia, you can make internet cafe as your bedroom for only $1 – $2 per night. including free music all night and fast internet connection.

eat and drinks.
internet cafe provide snacks, foods and drinks that you can buy. you can order fried noodle for only $ 0,3. and coca cola $ 0,3. some of internet cafe also sell other big stuff to eat. like sandwich, fried rice, and chicken crispy. the price of course suit for your pocket.

sightseeing other gender.
some people make internet cafes as place to sightseeing the cool / sexy peoples. you can send some flirty messages to her/his computer, and see if it works. some people succeed with it, while the other one, get a dry responses.

reading textbook.
reading sharpening your skill.

take a pup and pee.
you want to pup so badly when you are in the way back home ? internet cafes usually have toilet embeded in it. you are permitted to throw your body’ waste there. it help you in your dangerous time

Stop Thinking Too Much, Start Act Now

sometime we thinking too much about something. its normal. but, some of people do that in every moment in their life. they thinking too much about what they want to do, what they want to speak, what they want to write..

finally, they become worries about anything, and it consume so much of their time. they become more unproductive that the others. they know about so many knowledge to start many works or carrier. they have many brilliant ideas. but, because of their habit, they never bring those things into reality.

this is very destructive habit. overcome it, is a MUST. because if we don’t overcome it, we will lost so many opportunities in our life.
